Day Parade Details 
Time: We have to be ready to line up at the Boone
County High School parking lot no later than 9 a.m.
(Parade starts at 10 a.m.)
Line Up: We are in the second group
(right behind the HONOR GUARD).
Route: The parade begins at Boone Co. High School's parking lot, travels west to Ewing Blvd & then south to the Florence Government Center. PLEASE REMEMBER DO NOT THROW CANDY. WALK TO THE CURB & HAND IT OUT!
Program: The Memorial Day Program will immediately follow the parade at 11:00 am at the Boone County Veteran's Memorial located at the Florence Government Center. This year's program is a musical tribute to soldiers performed by the Florence Community Band & Chorus and will include posting of the colors by local honor guards, a welcome by Mayor Diane E. Whalen, recognition of veterans, and displays of military memorabilia, photos, and equipment. We encourage you to stay for the program.

Please wear your Blue Star Shirt or red, white and blue. We will have a lead car, followed by US Navy recruits, then walking Blue Star Members, then more US Navy recruits and then the float.
